Lead Insole Technician

Ian is our lead insole technician for ACE, he has been with the company for over 20 years and has honed his skills in manufacturing insoles. He has a keen eye for detail with has allowed him to contribute effectively to the production of high quality insoles, ensuring that each product meets or exceeds the stringent quality standards demanded by the industry.

Ian thrives in the dynamic environment where efficiency and precision are paramount. Safety is non-negotiable and he ensures that safety protocols are adhered to safeguarding himself and his colleagues, contributing to the overall reliability of the manufacturing process.

Ian ensures that his knowledge and best practices allow him to provide a personal and positive service to our patients when manufacturing and fitting the insoles. Ensuring every customer feels valued and understood.

When Ian isn’t working in the factory he enjoys challenging himself by learning new hobbies, from DIY projects to teaching himself to crochet. He also has a passion for collecting Tomb Raider memorabilia.
