Martin is our Specialist Orthotic Technician at ACE, he is driven by a relentless commitment to exceeding customer expectations and delivering unparalleled service experiences when working with our patients. With his 15 years’ experience at ACE he thrives on positive interactions, ensuring that every patient feels heard. This mindset enhances the overall fitting process.
Beyond Martins technical skills, he is dedicated to continuous learning and staying updated on advancements in manufacturing technology. This ensures that he brings the latest knowledge and best practices to the production floor, contributing to the ongoing success and innovation of our manufacturing operations.
He proactively seeks feedback when fitting the insoles with the patient to better understand the customers and gain their perspective. This approach not only resolves any fitting issues but also leaves a positive impression nurturing a lasting connection between the patient and our clinic.
Outside of work Martins enjoys spending time with his young family and is regularly seen pitch side of his sons football team, cheering them on. Martin is a lover of most sport and enjoys keeping track of the latest scores or results.
