As a podiatry-led clinic specialising in biomechanics and movement analysis, ACE Feet in Motion is dedicated to helping runners of all abilities stay active, avoid injury, and achieve their goals. Partnering with the Cardiff 5K gives us the perfect platform to engage with the local running community, offering our expertise in gait analysis, lower limb injury, Walk3d & Run3D and tailored strength & rehabilitation solutions.

On the 3^rd of May, you can find us at the ACE Feet in Motion stand, where our team of experts will be available for gait analysis and advice on footwear and orthotic solutions.
