ACE Feet in Motion are thrilled to announce that they will be extending their exclusive partnership deal with Welsh Athletics. This will see ACE providing bio mechanical assessment and lower limb injury management until 2023. This will include provision of orthoses which are manufactured at our facility in Canton, Cardiff.

Welsh Athletics is the national governing body for Athletics in Wales, they look after sport in all disciplines from the grassroots up to Commonwealth Games teams. They work with their partners and stakeholders across Wales to support a growing network of clubs and their members by providing an affiliation and support structure that aims to ensure there are safe, fun and accessible opportunities for all to participate.

The renewed partnership will allow funded Welsh athletes to benefit from expert clinical services and orthotic therapy for the duration of the athletics calendar.

ACE will work closely with the medical team at Welsh Athletics which has a referral pathway in place to allow the athletes to use our clinical facility in Cardiff. This facility is equipped with a 20m running track with dynamic pressure plates, a treadmill, rehab centre and shockwave therapy. ACE also manufacture orthoses at their facility allowing an extremely quick turnaround if insoles/orthotics are needed by the athletes.

The agreement sees Welsh Athletics remain amongst an impressive roster of elite sporting brands. All of which have partnered with ACE Feet in Motion to benefit from their market leading products and clinical services.

Tom CooperManaging Director of ACE Feet in Motion said;

As a Welsh company, we take a lot of pride from working with athletes competing at the highest level for our country. If we can help the athletes continue to train and/or support them through injury, which allows them to reach their best then we are proud to have been able to make a contribution to their success. The team and I find the process extremely rewarding.

Adam Rattenberry, Lead Performance Physiotherapist & Athlete Services Manager at Welsh Athletics commented:
