Situated in the heart of Whitchurch Village our flagship hub is ideally positioned to serve the local communities of north Cardiff. The Hub is accessible via regular public transport links and benefits from two large public car parks. There are also two disabled parking bays situated directly outside for ease of access. The surrounding village boasts medical centres, pharmacies, numerous coffee shops and various independent retailers. Our Whitchurch Hub is stocked with wide-fitting comfort footwear, orthopaedic supports, medical supplies and offers a full range of chiropody services and orthotic insole prescription. All of our Chiropody Services at the Whitchurch Hub are administered by HCPC-registered Podiatrists.

General podiatry or chiropody refers to the treatment of conditions that effect the lower limb, foot and ankle. Our experienced HCPC registered Podiatry team are experts in the treatment of conditions such as hard skin (callus), corns, thick nails, verruca’s, ingrown toe nails and dry cracked heels.

No, you don’t need a referral to see a podiatrist. You can book an appointment directly with our clinic administrator’s.

There are two disabled parking spaces directly out the front of the building, if these are full, please one of the two carparks located in the village, the closest being Merthyr Road Pay and Display Car Park
Yes, you will need to check that your policy covers you for gait analysis. You will need to provide your insurance details so we can process the invoice for the appointment. In most cases private health insurers wont cover any insoles. These will have to be a self-pay item.
All of our podiatrists have BSc (Hons) degree in Podiatry and have undergone further training. They are also registered with the Health Care Professionals Council and the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists.
