No-Show Policy
At the time of booking your appointment in our Cardiff or Bristol clinic you will be asked for a £45 deposit to secure your booking, this confirms your intention to proceed with the transaction. The deposit is refundable or transferable up to 24 hours prior to your appointment, this is extended to 72 hours on a Friday to cover the weekend. After the grace period the deposit will be retained by ACE as compensation for the reserved time and resources that wasn’t used. If you do not attend your appointment, again the £45 deposit will be retained by ACE.
