- Dynamic walking and running pressure analysis
- Discussion around trainer type and recommendations
Picking the right running shoe is very difficult, with all of the different style and choices it can feel a bit like a mine field.
Book An AppointmentThe trainer assessment involves looking at your range of movement, foot shape, resting foot posture and dynamic movement whilst you walk and run. The podiatrist will also consider a number of factors that will influence your footwear choice, including weight, running ability, speed etc. Once this has been carried out we will be able to advise you on certain running shoes that would be a good fit.

We would recommend wearing shorts to our appointment as we would often need access to your knees.
We recommend bringing any footwear that you are experiencing problems in. If you are booking in for running analysis then you need to bring your running footwear. The more info we have the better, so don’t be afraid to bring more as opposed to less.
