Production Manager
Craig is the Production Manager at ACE, with over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, he has witnessed the transformative power that effective management can have on a company’s success. As the production manager he believes in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
His approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the manufacturing processes, coupled with a keen eye for optimising workflows to maximising productivity. He has successfully built a team that achieves operational excellence whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
At the heart of his management philosophy is the belief that a successful production manager not only focuses on the technical aspects of manufacturing but also the human element. He empowers his team to understand and embrace the unique requirements of each patient, so when manufacturing their insoles he has fostered a culture of responsiveness and adaptability, which meets and exceeds the ever evolving needs of our patients.
When Craig is not focused on manufacturing he enjoys blowing off steam at the boxing club, whether that’s personally training or coaching the youngsters. He enjoys spending time with his family and sampling the various restaurants within the Cardiff area.
